Ok going but long delay on return for car to be returned. All other cars returned swiftly. Not happy.

The car was collected and dropped promptly. Unfortunately, it was evident when I collected my car on return that someone had smoked in it, finished MY packet and left the front covered in ash. I told the workers there, they took a photo and didn’t say much else. I wrote this on the comments section of the receipt but I’m still waiting for an apology, explanation or comp clean offer. Very disappointed.

Booked in two vehicles. Second to be pick up at LGW airport drop off as arranged as oversize. Despite advising arrival time and checking arrangements. Collection was 15mins late causing a £8.00 surcharge over standard £5.00 fee totaling £13.00.

Great experience with dropping the car off but had to call them over a dozen times to make contact to collect car on return and when I did get hold of someone, they were rude and very harsh with how they spoke.

Used this company 4-5 times a year but our last experience early hours of 27th October 2019 was awful. I phoned them as requested at 1.02AM the person on the phone said okay your car will be at north terminal car park 5 on 20 minutes. We waited in freezing cold 1 degree for nearly 50 minutes!!! We saw what seemed to be the rotation of just 3 people dropping cars off obviously nowhere near enough especially at busy times! The person on the phone at 1.02am should of said we are really busy (which is the not customers responsibility after all!) we would of had a coffee inside in the warm. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE AND NO APOLOGY FROM THE DRIVER.

Drop of at Gatwick was okay but on return arrival I phoned the supplied number to be told that they had no record of my arrival but think my car is still locked in a compound so to wait in airport. After about 15 minutes I got a call to say they had found my car and there had been a mistake with the registration of another vehicle, not what you want when you arrive home.

When we collected our car in Gatwick we were shocked to see it arrive with a loud scraping/rattling sound into the car park as if something had become detached from the bottom of the car. We also found that the car manufacturer’s logo had been lost or removed from one of the wheels. The company’s driver seemed very relaxed about this when I asked him if the car was safe to drive (he simply said ‘it’s fine, you can’t hear it when you drive over 10 mph’) and and gave us a document to sign saying that we were happy the car had been returned in the condition is was given to them in. There was no box on the form so write any comments or concerns and there was no other way to complete the handover without signing, so I simply signed ‘NOT SIGNED’ in the box and the driver was satisfied. We were absolutely shocked by the drivers lack of concern about the state of the vehicle and his unwillingness to contact the company to resolve the situation. We would not recommend this company to anyone and the experience has made us think twice about using valet parking services in the future.

On arrival and after phoning the call centre half hour in advance, I waited at the car park for 20 minutes not knowing who will receive my car. I called the call Centre and the person was unhelful and abrupt. Upon return, I found scratches on my car. The person who delivered my car spoke little English but gave me a number to contact regarding the scratches the following day. When I rang the number, I was given an email address. The investigation into the sratches is still ongoing.

Sadly the driver was late at picking up my car and delivering it back to me . 30 minutes notice they had on arrival and and the same for pick up. Meet and Greet should be just that.

Drop off was perfect Pick up wasn’t. Our car was taken to the wrong terminal meaning a 45 minute delay. If I had simply parked in the car park I could have been 1/2 way home. Further annoyance as was told I would be called during the day for compensation.... still waiting!
