Reviewed on 21st October 2017Booking was easy as always and customer service was very accommodating when I had to change date and time of drop off and pick up. Having had only positive experience with LG Parking, it took me by surprise when calling for collection of the car I was confronted with a member of staff who acted in a very rude and unprofessional way even accusing me of intentionally losing the pick up ticket because the time of pick up was stated wrongly. Turned out the pick up time was printed wrong on the pick up ticket which unfortunately I didn't check when given. Still no excuse for this kind of behavior. I hope my next experience with Park & Go which I had already booked, will be a pleasant one again.

Reviewed on 18th October 2017Caught up in the Monarch collapse, I messaged the company to inform them that my return would be delayed by eight hours and asked for acknowledgement, but nothing received! On arrival at 0130 on 17th October, was charged the £10 (after 2359, or next day, levy) which took the shine off an otherwise satisfactory service.
