Reviewed on 7th August 2017There was confusion when we dropped off as they could not locate the details and no one was at the car park. We had to wait around 20-30 minutes for someone to collect the car, which could have been a problem if later for our check in. On arrival back in UK we again had to wait for around 15-20 mins for the car to be returned to us. Would have been better using shuttle bus to car park and other drop off services we have used have staff in the car park so we have never had this delay before.

Reviewed on 5th August 2017Great service! I chose meet and greet as I didn't want to deal with shuttles whilst travelling on my own with two children. It was a very straight forward drop off and the car arrived minutes after we got to the pick up point. All very stress free :)
