Reviewed on 17th June 2017First rate. Great value for money and friendly service. We used North terminal, so drop off and pick up from Car Park 6. Short stroll to departures, so very convenient and under cover. So better than those that use the road. Well worth checking their price and don't worry, the lower price does not mean the service is worse.

Reviewed on 9th June 2017I was very disappointed with the service received from 'Sure Parking Meet and Greet' at London Gatwick. On arrival at the airport, the service representative was barely able to acknowledge us. It was not the friendly welcoming and reassuring greeting we would have expected given we are handing over the keys of our car to a stranger. On our return, we had to wait 10 minutes for the car to be returned to us despite having followed all instructions correctly and our flight having landed at the expected time. The inside of the drivers side door was dripping wet as if the window had been down or the door left open for an extended period. When challenged, the service representative patronisingly suggested this was normal when it rains - it is not and shows a complete lack of respect for our vehicle. As a bare minimum, the service representative could have carried a towel so that the seat could be dried rather than leaving us to do it with whatever tissues we could find. I have used LGParking before and not had a problem but next time I will think twice.
