LGParking - Meet and Greet Reviews

I have use meet and greet services many times and love the convenience of being able to drop my car and walk directly to the terminal. I followed the usual procedure and phoned 30 mins before arriving. Unfortunately, it was another 15 minutes from arriving at the car park until I was met. Staff were friendly face-to-face, but both times when I called, the telephone line was very bad and the operator very difficult to hear properly. Upon returning,I had to wait a further 40 minutes for my car after phoning. Again met by a very friendly driver, but would have been a much better experience if my car had been waiting for me when I arrived.

Would recommend, this service was great. No issues at all.

There to meet on arrival and departure. Efficient. Not sure if approved operator as some kind of altercation between driver and car park official....?

Park And Go delivered their promise and were there to meet me when I arrived with a 5 minute wait on my return. Having had a bad experience with another company, I asked for the mileage to be recorded at pick up and delivery. Rep was very defensive when car delivered back to me. If company is honorable (and I'm sure they are) then this could easily be built into the process.

No easier way to park at Gatwick, will look to use you whenever I fly.
