Great service and ideal for a less stressful parking solution.

Very good service as always. On our return we had to wait longer than usual but that was down to dreadful weather and unusually high traffic.

Prompt, polite and as expected from previous reviews.

Cannot fault them. They were there waiting for us when we arrived; they told us it would be 20 minutes to bring it back when we came home and it was exactly 20 minutes. We had a roof box so had to go to Departures Drop Off rather than the multistorey, but that was no problem. If we had gone in the multistorey, LG include the exit fee in their charge, which some others don't.

Although we only had hand luggage we had to wait approximately 30 mins for car.

Great Service and well worth the money! Have used several times now and will use in the future too. x

Excellent service - no problem when BA cancelled our early morning flight for 26th December late on Christmas Day - easily rearranged drop off time. Driver waiting to meet us in short term car park. On return we were through the airport very quickly and 15mins early - waited less than 5 minutes at collection point in short term car park for the car to arrive. They had even used a paper floor mat under the driver's feet. Will definitely use again when we fly from Gatwick.

Pick up was very smooth. During return, the driver had parked our car and had gone for picking other car. They didn't tell us where to go exactly. We had to wait for 20 odd mins extra before we got the keys.

Excellent service and value for money from ParkAndGo. Dropping the car and picking it up was a matter of 2 minutes at most. Very handy, too, because your car is less than 5min away from the terminal. Finally, the car park they keep the cars in is not too far, since the mileage only increased by 4 miles. I will be booking my Gatwick parking with them again.
