Reviewed on 19th February 2016Wonderful service until I arrived home and called from baggage reclaim to be told my car was ready but had they had accidentally gone to the wrong terminal. I have 2 young children so it was irritating having to wait. The driver, however, was extremely helpful and kind which did make up for mistake.

Reviewed on 18th February 2016I have used LG Parking several times and found them excellent in the past. However when I rang them as instructed on my approach to Gatwick on Feb 4th, the operator did not have my booking so I had to repeat all my details while driving. He did not speak English as his first language and was very difficult to understand. The directions given for the drop-off point for N. Terminal did not make sense. I was told to go to car park 6 level 4. As you approach the terminal there are no directions for car park 6, only "short-term; long term; drop-off" etc. Only after stopping twice illegally for directions did I find car park 6 which is only labelled at the actual entrance. When I collected my car on return, I realised that I was apparently dealing with a different company called "Sure Parking". I would really like to know who I am dealing with and currently feel rather reluctant to use the service in future.

Reviewed on 19th January 2016The time allowed to exit the car park on level 4 is insufficient. We were 1 minute late arriving at the exit barrier and spent a further 10-15 minutes explaining to car park assistance. We eventually were allowed to leave.
