Booking online and dropping the car was very straightforward. We chose this company after reading good reviews online and the fact the cost was the same as the Long Stay parking where we’d have to get on a bus etc. the drop off point and collection point are the same place and r just outside the terminal entrance. Downside? It took 40 minutes for the car to be dropped back despite being told it would take up to 20 and we followed the instructions exactly as printed. The story of what happened, I can accept but the company need to communicate better. Don’t tell your customer, “The car is coming.” And then walk off (twice this happened.) After the third time I asked specifically what was the delay and how long the car would be. I was told the delay was about the Police stopping drivers to check their credentials and make sure the company was operating legally. Whilst this sounds plausible and should be reassuring, I’d rather be told of this and not stand waiting in the cold for 40 minutes not knowing. Top Tip - manage my expectations better.

Very disappointed with the level of service provided from Park and Go, given my family have used this service for years. Possible the worst customer service I've ever experienced at the airport + the car took 20 mins longer than told which was tough with two babies and our car was wet through where water had spilled across the dashboard and all over the passenger and drivers seat. When I asked to complain or for a refund I was completely ignored and told to leave a comment.
