LGParking - Meet and Greet Reviews

Meeting and greeting all fine on flight out. Paid for car wash for my return not so pleased! Not as clean as I would have liked. Meeting and greeting for return all okay, waited for about 10 minutes for car. Will continue to use Park And Go as service has always been satisfactory certainly for the last 5 years.

Efficient service. Drivers were polite and punctual.

Meet and greet would be easier if the staff wore a uniform / identifying bib.

It was okay, but disappointed to have to wait 45 minutes for a return.

We parked our car for 4 days. The service was quick and the staff were polite. No hassle! However, I don't know where the car was parked because it was covered in a sticky film, I think probably under some trees or something! It was hard to wash off.

Very good service, only comment I would say is the South African guy needs to have some customer service training as found him very abrupt on the phone, maybe he is unaware of this. Also I had to wait nearly 40 minutes for my car to be delivered & again I can appreciate your busy on arrivals but at least if you give a estimated time of delivery it would help.
