I cannot understand the ruling that you have to phone the car park once luggage has been collected. The flight. was already one hour late in arriving and having to wait another 20 minutes for my car was annoying. Surely to phone just as you get to collect your luggage would be more efficient for all of us. Both drivers on collection and delivery were courteous and efficient and apart from this one niggle I would use them again.

This is the first time I have used park and go and will certainly use them again, very efficient and easy to use.

Great service, we were met on time and car was collect within 15 minutes of phoning, I have just booked again for November.

Handed my car over at the airport with no problems. Given clear instructions of how to get in touch when we arrived back. With in 10 minutes of getting our luggage we were in our car and on our way home. Would definitely use again as long as the price remains competitive.

Very efficient reception. Return equally as good despite flight delay.

Have used them numerous times without any issues, unfortunately on this occasion was asked to pay cash for parking on arrival even though i had already prepaid. I refused to pay and handed copy of my pre pay voucher to attendant to sort out for my return. I e-mailed park and go whilst on hol with my issue and received response day later saying there was a mix up and i wouldn't have to pay again. Disappointed no apoligy given not sure i will use again.

Great service, met at drop-off point as arranged and a quick pick-up on arrival back at Gatwick.

Very prompt and simple instructions. Even collected from a different terminal when we landed at South instead of North. Would use again.
