The service was efficient, the staff were friendly and helpful. The car was collected when we arrived and was delivered back on time. I strongly recommend them for value for money. We forgot to tip the guy when he returned our car and helped put the cases into the boot due to jet lag - sorry!

Outstanding Excellence! I have tried the majority of the Meet & Greet Parking companies at GTW and LHR and Park & Go provide a first class service. Efficient, polite, friendly and above all professional. I am a frequent traveller, and sometimes returning to the UK with children after a long and late flight. I highly recommend Park & Go!

Excellent service overall. No hanging around, the process of collecting your car and bringing it back took a couple of minutes. I made a mistake by not reading the instructions and not phoning 20 minutes before arriving at Gatwick (so we had to spend around 15 minutes driving in circles waiting to meet someone). Make sure you call first!

COllected on time by friendly driver and smae coming back. Helped with luggage. Faultless. Sorry didn't give a tip in the madness that was Gatwich last Sunday.
