Pick up was as we arrived and the member of staff was polite and friendly. The return of the car was by the same man and on time and once again, he was polite helpful and friendly.

We were running late on our outbound trip, the car park service were pro-active and called once we had passed the planned arrival time to check on progress and to plan meeting. Both drop off an pick up were efficient, prompt and drivers courteous and friendly.

Very good service provided - were in the departure drop-off zone when we arrived to take car away and we waited in the same place less than two minutes on the return. Price very competitive to other parking options at the airport. Thank you.

This was the first time that we had used Park & Go and we were very impressed. This made our arrival at Gatwick stress free,not having to worry about finding the car park and transfers to the terminal. An excellent service.

Excellent service. We rang as leaving our hotel at Gatwick on a very cold morning and were met at the airport as we arrived. On return, we rang as soon as we had collected our bags and by the time we had walked to the meeting point, we waited about 2 minutes before the car was returned to us. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Very much as sold. Prompt, no delay on drop off or collect. Courteous. Good value for money. Car came back in good (i.e. not muddy) condition with very few extra miles on the clock. Very happy indeed.
