Driver was waiting for me when I arrived and helped with my luggage. He did a check of the car with me and made a note of the mileage. The flight was delayed by 30 min and I was worried about a long wait at 11pm. We were delighted when the car arrived within 10 minutes of my call from the baggage carousel. Everything in order with the car and under 10 miles added to the clock. I cannot fault the service and it's at an incredible price.

Excellent service. Even though we arrived early, this caused no problems and we were met early. On our return, we called once we had collected our baggae. Waited about two minutes for our car to arrive, in perfect condition. £40 for four days' parking, not bad at all. Would use again.

Very convenient service and I'd recommend it to others. But the location of handover point isn't clear. 'Outside Sofitel hotel' isnt enough. Really you need your own allocated space for meeting/picking up, properly signposted.

Pick-up was perfect. For night time arrival on return journey having the car delivered to the airport door is a real bonus, even if on my occasion it was just a little slow off the mark.

Absolutely fantastic service. The meet and greet were great both on the outward and inward journey. Very, very good value.

We were met on time at Gatwick and even received a mobile call rather than us having to telephone before our arrival. On the way back from Florence our aeroplane had to return back to Florence for a technical fault and consequently was an hour late reaching Gatwick. Nevertheless our car was there within 5 minutes of reaching the designated collection point. Having had bad experiences with other Meet & Greet companies this was really good service.
