Great service - prompt arrival both ways, polite and efficient. Second time of use and both experiences exactly the same. WOuld use again without doubt.

brilliant service very helpful even though we were early both ways no waiting time at all . If the service at Heathrow for our next flight which we have already booked with park and go is as good as this was I dont think I will ever book with anyone else

This is my second meet and greet of the year and my first with park and go. It certainly wont be my last,we just cannot fault the service, meet and greet parking is the future!! And the future will be with park and Go!! Highly recommended.

The rep was waiting at the drop off zone when we arrived, and arrived within 3 minutes on the return.
