Reviewed on 10th March 2026It was my first experience, I entered the meet and great as email had explained but as could not see a person to collect my car . I called the office number and was told to enter level 2 and ended up paying another £20 so mixed messages made the experience quite stressful after was meant to be stress free . Coming back collecting my car was straight forward and smooth though . Now I know the format I would highly recommend the service.
