Not for the first time, I arrived at LGW parking 5 on 22 Jan, having phoned in 20 minutes in advance to be eventually met by someone who wanted £44 from me. I told him I had already paid my £26.65 on 18 Jan. He reluctantly accepted that I had paid but not without some persuasion. Previous arrangements have been questioned by the drivers, suggesting I had not previously booked, despite having a booking reference etc

The booking was made for the correct arrival and departure time. Upon arrival back into the UK I called to request that my car be returned but was informed that I’d got the wrong date and had arrived a day early. I was told that I would have to wait for my car till the next day. After arguing that I had the correct date and that the booking was correct the chap we spoke to agreed to return my car but I was told it would be at least 30 minutes! Eventually my car arrived and the driver, not the chap on the phone, was very apologetic when I produced the paperwork with the correct date on it. Not a great experience arriving home from a six hour flight shattered.

I called to have my car delivered but had great difficulty getting an answer. Sometimes engaged or no one would pick up. When I finally got through I was told it would take 5 minutes. However, after waiting in the car park for 35 minutes, I called again and was met with a surprised answer that my car hadn’t arrived. In total I had to wait 50 minutes in the car park for delivery of my car. Would seriously consider an alternative provider next time as disappointed with the service.

I was not happy that my new car had scuffs on inside my vehicle on the trims and a few other dirty marks inside. I wasn't impressed that my roof had been taken down either. The fact that the guy who dropped it at the car park said beautiful car mate suggested fun had been had. Although the price for parking was really reasonable, I would not use the company again.

Outward - poor - correct short stay car park not specified - after changing car park, representative unaware of our booking - no inspection of car. Return - no problem

I was very disappointed with the service received from 'Sure Parking Meet and Greet' at London Gatwick. On arrival at the airport, the service representative was barely able to acknowledge us. It was not the friendly welcoming and reassuring greeting we would have expected given we are handing over the keys of our car to a stranger. On our return, we had to wait 10 minutes for the car to be returned to us despite having followed all instructions correctly and our flight having landed at the expected time. The inside of the drivers side door was dripping wet as if the window had been down or the door left open for an extended period. When challenged, the service representative patronisingly suggested this was normal when it rains - it is not and shows a complete lack of respect for our vehicle. As a bare minimum, the service representative could have carried a towel so that the seat could be dried rather than leaving us to do it with whatever tissues we could find. I have used LGParking before and not had a problem but next time I will think twice.

Had to wait for an extra 20 minutes after giving 20 minutes notice in the first place. Traffic had held us up already and this was the last thing we needed. On return we then had to wait for 30 minutes and chase them. With waits this long we may as well have saved money and gone with a shuttle service.

LG Parking were late at drop off, despite a telephone call well in advance. They claimed I had no booking, asked for all details by phone. I had a confirmed booking. They took over 30 minutes to deliver the car after landing - the excuse being "they had other customers". They collect and deliver on the top floor of the short term car park - why? It wastes a considerable amount of time for them and me.

Going out was okay but coming back was a nightmare, after calling when we collected the bags and being told it would be 20 minutes I got a call 45 minutes later to say sorry they would be late as they had to put air in the tyres as they were very low 30 minutes later the car turned up, when we asked the driver about he did not know anything about it so we were lied to which is not acceptable. We will think twice about booking with them again.
