All I could have wished for. Great location, helpful staff. All very professional.

Excellent Service. The driver was waiting for us when we dropped the car off at Gatwick. The pick up went smoothly. We waited 5 minutes for the car to be brought back. Car was in perfect condition. Have used them before and will use them again.

Brilliant service. The driver was waiting for me on arrival both occassions. When dropping off the car abnd again when picking it up. Will happily use again.

Efficient service. I appreciated the dedicated collection and pick up area on the ground floor of the car park as well as the fact that the staff pay the short term parking ticket, so that you can just drive off.

This was our third time booking through Park and Go and I can honestly say it has been faultless every time. Amazing value for having the convenience of your car waiting for you when you land. Will use every time. Thank you.

Excellent service, got to Gatwick Airport and a LG Parking Meet and Greet representative was already there so everything went smoothly and upon return only had to wait about 5 minutes before the car arrived. Have used LG Parking previously and was very happy with their service, definitely will be using in future.

Technically I would have given 4 1/2 stars. Drop off was excellent, but we had to wait nearly 15 minutes for collection. Otherwise very efficient and the cost included the car park exit fee.
