LGParking - Meet and Greet Reviews

Spot on as usual.

No hassles on arrival and even though we were delayed on return were there within 5 minutes of being called.

Very friendly staff.

From start to finish the service was excellent. Drop off and collection was a breeze. Twice I’ve used Lg Parking meet and Greet, Gatwick and had no problems both times. Will use again.

Drop off was fine. Pick up, slightly troubling as the dedicated mobile phone no was unavailable for about 15 minutes and then went to voicemail. When I got through I was told the car would be delivered in 20 or 25 minutes. In fact it arrived in about 15 minutes which was a very pleasant surprise. So 4/5.

The car was collected and dropped promptly. Unfortunately, it was evident when I collected my car on return that someone had smoked in it, finished MY packet and left the front covered in ash. I told the workers there, they took a photo and didn’t say much else. I wrote this on the comments section of the receipt but I’m still waiting for an apology, explanation or comp clean offer. Very disappointed.

I’ve used LG Parking, Meet and Greet over 10 times now and they are super efficient. I would never use anyone else. Staff are great and car is always collected and dropped off so fast. I cannot speak highly enough of these - just wish you was at Heathrow too!
