Booked in two vehicles. Second to be pick up at LGW airport drop off as arranged as oversize. Despite advising arrival time and checking arrangements. Collection was 15mins late causing a £8.00 surcharge over standard £5.00 fee totaling £13.00.

Very pleased with the service. Very nice lady was there to take the car when we arrived. When we returned the car arrived within a couple of minutes of us getting to the meeting point and we were able to head home. Would definitely use them again.
