Absolutely perfect !This was our first experience with LG Parking and we will most certainly use them again. We have used other meet and greet services at Gatwick using the area close to the hotels but this is BY FAR the easiest and most convenient service. The agent / driver was there to meet us as we arrived, the walk to the terminal was minimal and, on our return, we waited only a few minutes before our car was brought to the collection point. So easy ! Very pleasant staff at all stages, a very competitive price and just excellent service.

Very smooth, efficient Meet and Greet service. I will definitely use them again when travelling from Gatwick.

This was a pleasurable experience for both Meet & Greet...first time user and definitely not the last, everything that we received by way of confirmation was so easy to follow, very clearly written with maps....driver was on the spot on our arrival with a simple explanation of what was require on our return to receive our car back from the parking area. We were literally across the road from our terminal for check in....on return we rang the telephone number after baggage collection, walked that same short distance to retrieve our car that showed up 2 minutes after we arrived at the designated spot. The staff at both ends of this excersise we’re both friendly and polite...For us, the cost was less than using any other type of transport so all the above and very Fairly priced for the service....I would recommend this company over any other. So so easy. Well done and keep up the good work...😀

We had to change our holiday at the last minute and Park & Go altered drop offs and pickups etc to suit our new holiday times...very good professional service, staff were also very helpful.

After looking at many companies and reviews it was confusing and concerning to think that my car would be taken away etc. I called and spoke to the guy and we went for LG as they have an office on site at Gatwick and he also advised on the companies suited to such early book in as us Cannot praise drop off or pick up highly enough. My colleague also booked on the recommendation given and had 5 star service. Peace of mind will be using for all trips in the future.

All went according to plan. Clear instructions. Great value for money. Both drop off and pick up were in the early hours so definitely the best option.
