Reliable and easy, good drop off and pick up.

On arrival and after phoning the call centre half hour in advance, I waited at the car park for 20 minutes not knowing who will receive my car. I called the call Centre and the person was unhelful and abrupt. Upon return, I found scratches on my car. The person who delivered my car spoke little English but gave me a number to contact regarding the scratches the following day. When I rang the number, I was given an email address. The investigation into the sratches is still ongoing.

The service was great apart from the chap who meet me when I dropped off my car didn't speak to me as was talking on the phone and I had to interrupt him to get instructions. Wasn't impressed.

Rang 20 minutes before we arrived and LG were waiting to collect the car which was good. Coming back we had a flight diversion, still no problem. Rang them 10 minutes before we should arrive and they were there ready and waiting, will definitely use them again! Took away any unnecessary stress.
