Very good company to use. Polite staff. Easy instructions. The car was taken and returned in perfect condition. My only gripe is I wish they had left my dashcam plugged in so I could see where they took the car and how safe it was.

Overall, it was a smooth and care-free experience. On our way there, there was a fire somewhere and we were told different things from different people as to where to go instead, but once sorting that out, we ended up at the South Short Term car park and the pick up was smooth. However, the agent seemed a bit lacking in enthusiasm, but I can feel for them. On our return, the car was there waiting for us after phoning ahead. I’d use them again in the future.

Used these guys a few times. Easy easy! Drop off is less than 5 minutes from terminal. Phone when got bags and car is at same point where you left it. No hassle will use again. Next airport is Stansted in a few weeks.

I recently booked LG Parking Meet & Greet through Park and Go to park my vehicle at Gatwick airport. Before arriving I called the number provided to advise I am 20 minutes away. They provided instructions. Once I arrived they took my car key and told me to phone this number once I arrive back. I used meet and greet as i had two kids with me. When I landed back into Gatwick, I phoned the number up and my car was ready to be driven home. I am pleased and happy with the service provided and would definitely recommend to others.
