Reviewed on 23rd February 2019Okay service for the money, but when you pay for meet & greet you expect to be greeted when you arrive to collect your car, not 50 minutes after you called to inform you had collected your luggage. After a 8.5hr flight overnight you don’t want to be waiting around with two young children for that long in the cold. Would consider using again if they were the cheapest but costs would be the only aspect that would sway us to rebook.

Reviewed on 9th February 2019It was a great service - the only thing we did not like was that the driving camera was disconnected on our arrival back - I presume this was so we were not able to see where the car had been parked / moved to? Overall I would use them again.

Reviewed on 5th February 2019I dropped my car off at the Hampton with ease. Our flight was directed from North to South Gatwick terminal and LG PARKING delivered my car to South Terminal with no complaint and on time. I would definitely use this service again.

Reviewed on 30th January 2019Superb service. I arrived around the time that I arranged, drove into the car park and handed my car over in about 2 minutes. On my return, I telephoned as requested once my luggage arrived and I arrived at the car park about 5 minutes later. Within a couple of minutes my car arrived. I cannot fault the service that I received. It was excellent and will certainly use it next time that I fly from Gatwick.

Reviewed on 29th January 2019Not for the first time, I arrived at LGW parking 5 on 22 Jan, having phoned in 20 minutes in advance to be eventually met by someone who wanted £44 from me. I told him I had already paid my £26.65 on 18 Jan. He reluctantly accepted that I had paid but not without some persuasion. Previous arrangements have been questioned by the drivers, suggesting I had not previously booked, despite having a booking reference etc
