Reviewed on 27th September 2019As always no problems with waiting or finding parking levels, staff are always courteous and polite, however, the car must have been parked up by trees ie conker as we now have minor dents in our roof, detected by our local garage whilst our car was in for repair to our rear offside light.

Reviewed on 15th September 2019All worked well on drop off. Had to call twice before getting through on pick up and waited a few minutes for car to arrive. Generally good.

Reviewed on 27th June 2019This is the first time I had used Park and Go but I did make a call beforehand to get reassurance as to where my car would be parked and how secure it was going to be. In all the car registered 14 additional miles after I dropped it off which is a lot further than I was lead to believe the parking area was from the airport. Putting that to one side, the process of dropping off and collection went smoothly once I had found the right location at the North Terminal car park, which wasn't as obvious as one might have thought. However, I would use the service again.

Reviewed on 13th May 2019Smooth pick up on arrival and swift delivery on our return, however I was very suspicious to find that my dash cam had been disconnected and that I found a car park ticket in my vehicle for the North terminal dated the day before we arrived back to the UK. No excessive mileage on it though.
