I have used Park & Go: LG Parking, Meet and Greet at Gatwick airport several times over the past few years. They have provided me with a consistently very good service. I highly recommend LG Parking Meet & Greet at Gatwick airport.

Fast, efficient and courteous.

Only a short wait on arrival which was good given we arrived 20 minutes early, return collection worked very well with us arriving at the collection point at the same time as the car. Polite staff, only slight issue was took several calls on return to let them know we had landed back, would use again.

The booking was made for the correct arrival and departure time. Upon arrival back into the UK I called to request that my car be returned but was informed that I’d got the wrong date and had arrived a day early. I was told that I would have to wait for my car till the next day. After arguing that I had the correct date and that the booking was correct the chap we spoke to agreed to return my car but I was told it would be at least 30 minutes! Eventually my car arrived and the driver, not the chap on the phone, was very apologetic when I produced the paperwork with the correct date on it. Not a great experience arriving home from a six hour flight shattered.

Always use this company now if I can for meet and greet.

Great service, used them before and will use again. Value for money, prompt and reliable. Nice friendly staff which makes a change in this day and age!

I was running very late and the parking company were very understanding and told me not to rush, just to call them when I was 25 minutes away. The driver was polite & friendly - he collected my car last time and I remembered him as his service is excellent. I would highly recommend this parking company.
