LGParking - Meet and Greet Reviews

First time we've used Meet & Greet. Went very smoothly, directions and instructions are excellent. Hardly any wait at all. Would definitely use LG again.

Good & efficient service - no waiting time at drop off & only 15 minutes wait at car on pick up which was excellent. Super easy & would recommend.

All worked as it should.

Generally good, but had to call two or three times (phone not answered) for both drop off and pickup. Was standing in car park for a full 10 minutes waiting for my car.

Just a little late for our outward flight but on time for our return.

The service was very good especially the advice we were given when our flight was delayed. After contact was made 30 minutes before picking up the car only having to take an hour the vehicle was still ready and waiting.

It all worked perfectly and was good value. The only criticism was the delay in delivery of the vehicle. With no luggage to collect I rang when we got off the plane but was told it was too early and to ring again when we were through customs which we did. In fact the wait was 20 minutes and I’m guessing from customs to the car park was less than 10 minutes. Not a big issue but slightly irritating since plane to customs was 10 minutes.

Great service and value.

Great service, you need to call them 20 minutes before and it rings for a while but we had no problem once we got through. They were 5 minutes late delivering car back but service overall was great ! I would definitely use again.
