Very easy to find at Gatwick, quick drop off and away you go. Phone them after you land and have picked your baggage, walk to the car park and there is your car. They even get your car park exit ticket = simple. From now on I'll use this service.

Fantastic service as always, had to change my booking late on as circumstances dictated a flight change but was hassle free with one email to sort the date change. Fast and efficient on the return with car waiting as stated, only criticism was on drop off we rang 20 minutes before arrival and waited for nearly 30 mintes (in total) before someone took the car off of us, I had a pregnant wife with us and it was cold due to time of flight. Would still recommend and use again though.

Have never used Meet & Greet before. Wow! Will never use anyone else! So very easy from drop off to pick up.

Drop off was fine, but collecting the car on the return wasn’t. Waited half hour for our car which is a shame. Managed to finish a large coffee in that time. The flight arrived on time and I called like they tell you to once we had picked our cases up. Would have preferred to get our car quicker. Had better service elsewhere.

We always use LG Parking and have never had a problem either dropping off or picking up. They are always prompt which makes the start and end of our holiday brilliant.
