Too late pickup twice (15 min said, 27 minutes real).

Excellent service. Booked last minute with no problems. Everything went to plan and drop off was as planned and at pick up I only waited around 5 minutes for my car to be brought back to me. The only confusion was the spot for drop off/pick up wasn’t as shown on the paperwork.

There when we arrived and at pick-up. The first time for both.

Instructions very clear. Driver waiting when we arrived to leave car and car arrived in car park at the same time as we did on return. Couldn't have been easier.

I have used LG Parking on several occasions and have always had a good experience. They are waiting for us when we drop the car off and when we arrive back to pick up the car they are either there or we have to wait not more than a few minutes. Very good service and I would recommend them and will continue to use them in the future.

Great efficient service and a good price.

Having used LG several times before and been pleased . This time not so . Waited about 15mins for the drop off before someone arrived . Upon pick up they had us arriving the following day ! Hence car wasn't ready . Made me feel as if my fault . Our voucher clearly said the correct date . Told it could be up to an hour before we could collect our car . Argued and the attitude back was very poor . In all fairness the car arrived after about half an hour . But was not the service we expected . Mistakes happen but the attitude was awful . No apology etc . Not very impressed . As a repeat customer I expected more polite professional service .
