LGParking - Meet and Greet Reviews

Very nearly a five star experience. The drop off went very smoothly as the driver was already on hand on arrival (be aware that the arrangements at Gatwick North are impacted by some works so drop off and collection is at car park 6 - something we learned as we called ahead en route to the airport) . Collection was fine with the car arriving around 25 minutes after our call from the baggage hall. Had we been advised of the new arrangements ahead of time and had the car been returned within 20 minutes we would have given 5 stars as the drivers were easy to deal with and phone calls answered quickly each time(not always the case with parking companies). Overall a good service.

Very good service. Drove up to allocated area at LGW South Terminal. Greeted by representative. On return, called to confirm arrival and car arrived by the time I exited the terminal. Will use again and highly recommended.

Disappointed at 30 minutes wait for delivery of my car on return to Gatwick.

First time I've used a meet and great service and didn't know what to expect. We flew from Gatwick and it was so easy. Dropped car off and took 5 minutes at the most. Then pick up phones at baggage collection and they said it would be ready waiting for me in 20 minutes and it was. Will be using this service every time now.

Not clearly signposted once you are in the car park itself but other than that drop off was fine. Called once we had collected bags on return & still had to wait another 10 minutes at the collection point for my car.

We've used this service three times and it's been a lifesaver. Travelling with young kids the last thing you need is airport parking faff, but with LG Parking Meet and Greet you leave you car in the multi-storey, right opposite the departures entrance and it's there waiting for you when you land. No fuss, super efficient and good customer service. Each time the car has been in the exact same condition as when we left it and minimal milage added from moving it to an off site car park. Would definitely recommend.
