LGParking - Meet and Greet Reviews

5 Stars. Our experience was brilliant. Great instructions took us directly to the car drop off point where there was someone waiting to collect the car. On our return, even though our flight was delayed by a couple of hours, there was someone there to give us the keys to our car. The drop off and collection all happened under cover in one of the short term car parks connected and a short walk from the terminal building. There was nothing to pay on exiting the car park and number plate recognition opened the barrier, though we also had a ticket to let us out. Super efficient process. If only all meet and greet parking was as simple as this. Amazing value for money in comparison to any other options available to us. There were no direct trains running the weekend we travelled on our ski holiday, therefore the only other option available to us was an Uber each way. We will definitely not go by train again as this was such a convenient and better value for money alternative; especially as we were able to go from door to door. Well done Park and Go.

Was met as soon I arrived at Gatwick Airport. When I returned, it arrived as I did at the pick-up point. The cost was very competitive, and the staff were, as always, courteous and professional. What more could anyone ask for? LG Parking is the only Meet and Greet service I use at Gatwick.

No problems at all. Arrived at short term car park and handed over keys. 5 minutes walk into departures. Returned early hours Sunday walk 5 minutes to car park, waited 5 minutes and car arrives. No additional parking costs. Great service will use LG Parking again.

Used LG Parking Meet & Greet for decades now, but only a 4 star this time as we were left far too long, at a non busy time, waiting in the freezing cold. The attitude of the foreign, bad English, man on the phone when, after nearly 20 minutes, I rang to enquire if the car was on its way as we were freezing, left a lot to be desired. I would have given a 3 just for his awful attitude, but the guy who wandered into the waiting area to hand over car was quite nice. So I'm presuming that he was sitting somewhere in the warmth and was contacted to say the car was about to arrive. I see no reason why contacting me, when my car is approaching the car park isn't all part of the service, save any unnecessary waiting in a cold featureless car park, we could have kept warm in a nearby cafe. Just a thought.
