Very disappointed with the level of service provided from Park and Go, given my family have used this service for years. Possible the worst customer service I've ever experienced at the airport + the car took 20 mins longer than told which was tough with two babies and our car was wet through where water had spilled across the dashboard and all over the passenger and drivers seat. When I asked to complain or for a refund I was completely ignored and told to leave a comment.

Once again I received an excellent, professional and friendly on time service at a good price. Highly recommended.

Very simple process at a fair price.

Excellent service as usual, drop off smooth and without delay, pick up was supposed to be 15 minutes after our call, but the car was already in the car park when we arrived, despite being 2 hours late at 3:30am! Will definitely be using again and recommending to my clients too.

I read some of the negative reviews after booking the parking so I was worried about how it will be but the whole experience was so smooth and easy from start to finish. You drop your car off in the short stay car park to a representative and pick it in the same way. You don't need to worry about taking a bus or shuttle, or paying for the car park ticket everything is handled. I will definitely be using LG Parking Meet & Greet again for my future trips from Gatwick Airport!

Great service. Easy to find on the ground floor of car park 5 at Gatwick. Staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Car was taken off site but very few miles added on the clock and car was returned in the same condition I dropped it off in. I would definitely use LG Parking Meet & Greet, Gatwick again.
