They were given a full 15 minutes warning of our arrival at Gatwick but took 25 minutes to come to pick up the car.

Outward trip was great. Arrived on time and very good service. On our return our flight was delayed by 1 hour and this caused huge issues for the company. When we called they said it would be 20-30 mins which was fairly long when returning to Gatwick at midnight. Our car eventually arrived 50 minutes later. When flights get delayed they didn't cope well as lots of people were waiting. Not a great experience and would consider not use them again.

Service was okay but we were waiting at least 20 minutes in the car park late at night for our car to be delivered.

I have use meet and greet services many times and love the convenience of being able to drop my car and walk directly to the terminal. I followed the usual procedure and phoned 30 mins before arriving. Unfortunately, it was another 15 minutes from arriving at the car park until I was met. Staff were friendly face-to-face, but both times when I called, the telephone line was very bad and the operator very difficult to hear properly. Upon returning,I had to wait a further 40 minutes for my car after phoning. Again met by a very friendly driver, but would have been a much better experience if my car had been waiting for me when I arrived.

LGParking / Sure Parking - Drop off very good. Flexible on early arrival. - Pick up. Reasonably quick. Car however was left with chewing gum, Costa coffee cup, rubbish and temperature control at 35'. So in conclusion reasonable, but not as good as most.

Good collection but they took over 40 minutes from my call to drop off the car, which is unacceptable.

Drop off was good leaving the car at the short stay car park and walking over to departures only a short distance away. Pick up didnt go quite so smoothly we had arranged for pick up at 00.30 and had the paperwork to prove it, unfortunately the office had recorded 16.30. It took 30 minutes for the car to arrive at the car park, not great at that unearthly time of the day! The guy who brought the car out to us was very pleasant and apologetic.

I have used LG Parking several times and found them excellent in the past. However when I rang them as instructed on my approach to Gatwick on Feb 4th, the operator did not have my booking so I had to repeat all my details while driving. He did not speak English as his first language and was very difficult to understand. The directions given for the drop-off point for N. Terminal did not make sense. I was told to go to car park 6 level 4. As you approach the terminal there are no directions for car park 6, only "short-term; long term; drop-off" etc. Only after stopping twice illegally for directions did I find car park 6 which is only labelled at the actual entrance. When I collected my car on return, I realised that I was apparently dealing with a different company called "Sure Parking". I would really like to know who I am dealing with and currently feel rather reluctant to use the service in future.

The time allowed to exit the car park on level 4 is insufficient. We were 1 minute late arriving at the exit barrier and spent a further 10-15 minutes explaining to car park assistance. We eventually were allowed to leave.

Have used them numerous times without any issues, unfortunately on this occasion was asked to pay cash for parking on arrival even though i had already prepaid. I refused to pay and handed copy of my pre pay voucher to attendant to sort out for my return. I e-mailed park and go whilst on hol with my issue and received response day later saying there was a mix up and i wouldn't have to pay again. Disappointed no apoligy given not sure i will use again.
