Reviewed on 6th September 2015The service before we dropped our car off was outstanding, I made an error and booked the parking for the day we flew out but we needed the day before as we were staying overnight at Gatwick. The lady at Park and go was so helpful and added a day without charge! We also needed to arrive earlier and again this was no problem and she did this without charge. However when we dropped the car off we had a very different experience. We were told to go to car park 5, level 4 and someone would collect the car. After 10 minutes no one arrived. We called the office and were told that a man in an orange vest should be around. We saw a guy standing around in an orange vest so we approached him and asked him if he was collecting our car and gave our car registration number, he responded no and walked off. After another 5 minutes ŵe called the office again to be told it was that guy and the man on the phone was very rude to my husband and accused him of messing them around!!!! The problem was the man in the orange vest did not have great English and had not understood us!!!! He did apologise when he came back up but I felt very uncomfortable leaving our car with them after that. He also gave us the wrong receipt and had to find us in the airport and was very lucky that he did. It's a shame as the people at park and go are great but the actual valet company seems shambolic.

Reviewed on 12th August 2015We were met at the appointed place & time & the driver was very polite. However, on our return we were concerned that the drivers who delivered our car & two others at the same time appeared to be racing them up to level 4 where we were waiting. We could hear the cars being ragged round and the driver had to brake abruptly as we were waiting right at the level entry!

Reviewed on 22nd September 2014All was well on the outward bound journey, but on arrival back in the UK at 01.55 we had to stand about for an hour constantly redialling the two numbers and getting their answer message. After such a long day and half the night it put a blot on the end of what had been a lovely holiday.

Reviewed on 6th April 2011I found the service very good, people very friendly but have to say that we waited on outward/inward journey for them to arrive. I would use them again.
