I got an update valet service which worked well. The departure drop off went very smoothly but we had to wait for over 20 mins on arrival even though we phoned when the plane arrived. We were told that there had been a problem in the yard, so at midnight and in the rain not so good. But hey, we would have had to wait for a bus!

Excellent service from the moment I phoned on arrival at the airport, quick and curtious service. Car was kept safe and secure and on arrival back by the time we had cleared customs the car was waiting for us, will definitely use again next time, not worth the hassle of self-parking and busses from the car park, thanks for making my holiday as easy as possible. 5*

Another first class service delivered by Park and Go. Our flight returned to Gatwick south terminal instead of the North terminal, no problem- we called to notify that we had landed and our car was delivered within minutes to the south termianl. Thank you!

Used LGW for gatwick trip. phoned 15 minutes before getting to gatwick and they were waiting. coming back we had 04:20 arrival, phoned them from baggage and had about a 5 min wait. staff polite and pleasent,very satisfied.
