Great service, driver was waiting for us on collection and delivery, first class.

Very good service. Only one problem; despite a confirming e-mail from yourselves, the person answering the phone didn't know my car had changed. Internal communications glitch? - otherwise, excellent.

As this was meet and greet we don't know what car park was used however we were surprised that the car had done 16 miles in the week indicating that car park was some way from the airport. Unfortunately, when we rang to advise our arrival at the airport the driver was at South terminal and not North as on the confirmation paper. This caused unnecessary delay and concern as this was our first time of using this service. The return arrangements worked well and overall it was good value.

A Quick and easy service. No problems with the car or the pick up and drop off times. Even let us drop our car off half an hour earlier than scheduled as we got there too quickly. Would definitely use this service again and recommend to others. Also impressed with the cheap price, too.

A quick handover with the car to staff, who had rang to say where to meet him. We left on Wednesday and unfortunately at to return on the Friday, at short notice Park and Go were able to deliver the car to us, we had to wait a bit longer, but for us giving short notice to them, I felt that was fair. Pleasant staff all round. No issues with the car when it returned.

Collection was very good but upon our return our airline changed our point of arrival. No problem it seemed but unfortunately the driver brought us the wrong car which meant a further wait making that part of the experience unsatisfactory.

Absolutely wonderful service, would recommend this to anyone. Cheaper than a weeks parking anywhere and taken and delivered back to you on the airports doorstep. What more could you want. This is the only way I will do it in the future.

Excellent communications throughout. Good manner, polite and on time both going and collecting car. Would use again without doubt.

Excellent service, but feel notification of where we had to drop off the car prior to our phone call when 10 mins from the airport would have made things a lot easier as we did get confused about having to enter a carpark as opposed to going to the drop off points at the departures area.

Excellent service, we will certainly use you again. Very easy to find and we were met within minutes of our arrival at Gatwick even though it was 3-30am. Thank you again S Jones
