Reviewed on 26th September 2013As this was meet and greet we don't know what car park was used however we were surprised that the car had done 16 miles in the week indicating that car park was some way from the airport. Unfortunately, when we rang to advise our arrival at the airport the driver was at South terminal and not North as on the confirmation paper. This caused unnecessary delay and concern as this was our first time of using this service. The return arrangements worked well and overall it was good value.

Reviewed on 19th June 2012As usual delivery and pick up on time. However on starting the BMW the run flat tyre monitor showed we had a flat. The delivery driver made no mention of this. We were able to drive home but at less than 50mph. I wonder if your driver knew about this?
