Reviewed on 8th May 2012I got an update valet service which worked well. The departure drop off went very smoothly but we had to wait for over 20 mins on arrival even though we phoned when the plane arrived. We were told that there had been a problem in the yard, so at midnight and in the rain not so good. But hey, we would have had to wait for a bus!

Reviewed on 6th May 2012Used LGW for gatwick trip. phoned 15 minutes before getting to gatwick and they were waiting. coming back we had 04:20 arrival, phoned them from baggage and had about a 5 min wait. staff polite and pleasent,very satisfied.
