No issues right until the point I collected the car. It absolutely stank of cigar smoke. Disgusting and not acceptable. It made that fact that all the seat, heater and mirror controls had not be returned a mere inconvenience. Would not use again.

Everything was fine up until the pick up on my return when there was a mixup with the terminal and then they got the right terminal but the wrong floor and the driver told me I’d have to pay for the parking as the mixup wasn’t their fault not happy, I’ve used park and go before with no real problems so maybe this was a one-off.

On departing UK the process was easy and no faults, however when we returned late at night, we were left standing in Car Park 5 for over an hour in the cold. I contacted the control office and was informed that they had been in an accident hence the delay and our car would be with us in 5 minutes. I called again and they said it was on its way which was not true. Having called again as cold, it turned out that they had to jump start my car left me hanging without notifying me at the first call. I would not have minded if they were honest and told me this at the start and that I would have waited longer. Not impressed.
