Both arrival and return went really smoothly. You are requested to phone ahead and the phone is answered immediately. Go to Car park six level three, park your car and wait for a short while and the driver comes to collect it. On our return, we rang from the baggage hall phone again answered immediately and we were told to go back to the same place and wait, within 10 to 15 minutes our car arrived. Extremely happy with the service and would definitely use again

Amazing! Simple to use and affordable. Drivers were efficient and friendly. Only have to pay £8 on the way out. Will use again!

All was excellent when we dropped our car off we was met by a very polite guy who explained to us where to go to get to departures and also what we do on arrival back to Gatwick. Only reason for not giving 5 stars was we had a bit of a wait once we arrived backed and called them but the guy did apologise and said traffic was really bad. Overall would definitely use these again and recommend them, one of the best we have used.

I have used a number of different Gatwick meet and greet car parking companies over the years and started using this company in 2026. Excellent customer service which sets them apart from other providers. On this trip our flight was cancelled with a 3 day delay before we could return to Gatwick. It was easy to communicate with the company to rearrange alternative pickup date and times while stuck overseas. I would not hesitate to highly recommend this company. And I will continue to use them for all future trips.

Out standing service cannot fault The Gatwick Valet Parking Company. Booked the wrong day but they worked around it, got caught up in the ATC mess flying back to UK again they did everything to help and support.

Excellent and friendly service. Dropped off car at Gatwick South and picked up at Gatwick North. Team were easy to get hold of and very responsive. Recommended!
