Excellent, on time and picked up as we missed pick up point and collected us where we were. Got back fast. And we were a bit held held up with injury to my wife on holiday. Great service thank you.

Genuinely can’t fault the service! Having had a bad experience with the onsite parking at Gatwick previously I was a little dubious about the service, but gave it a go. Historically used Sofitel for Gatwick but rates are getting very expensive now. Found this company through my BA frequent flyer programme (Avios). Prices was very good and it offered same meet and greet service as Sofitel in the South Terminal. Same driver picked up and dropped off the car. Really nice chap and very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend and have booked again.

This was probably the best meet and greet experience I’ve had so far, using many companies in the past and travelling a lot. Very prompt service when dropping off and when collecting, I called once I’d picked up the suitcases and my car was waiting for me ready at the car park. The driver was friendly and asked if we’d had a nice holiday which was a lovely touch as I don’t normally get asked that. Would recommend and will definitely use The Gatwick Valet Parking Company again.

Excellent service, second time we have used them now, always there to meet you to pick up the car and never more then a 10 minutes wait to collect the car on the way home.

The meet and greet worked perfectly as usual. Dropped car off and someone was there quickly to take it so we could just walk across to departures. On returning, one call after we’d cleared customs and car was at designated point within a minute or two and off we went home. Brilliant. My passengers were impressed and will probably use the service in the future.
