We had to wait for a rep to arrive and collect our car keys on departure (stressful when we followed the instuctions provided and had a long haul flight to check in for) Same on the return, notifying when we had our bags, but had to stand in a busy carpark with luggage and children for 20+ mins waiting for car to arrive.

I have used this The Gatwick Valet Parking Company often and always found them efficient. This trip was no different. I had to wait about 5 minutes for them to collect my car. On return as I stepped out of the lift in the car park my arrived.
