The booking process and subsequent contact with Park and Go as a result of flight changes was easy and efficient. Very prompt and friendly service by The Gatwick Valet Parking Company when both collecting and returning my vehicle at the terminal despite my in bound flight being delayed. I have previously used and would definitely be happy to use and recommend GVPC again.

Excellent service from drop off to collection. Driver was waiting for us when dropped vehicle off and as soon as we came out of Gatwick Airport, we were again greeted by the driver. No hanging around. Quick and efficient service and will definitely recommend and use again.

Four stars, because on arrival to Gatwick/dropping the car off we had to wait a further 15 minutes for the driver to arrive after he confirmed the meeting point/time. However, on return from holiday the driver met us with very little wait time as you would expect with meet and greet services.

Excellent service. I didn’t have to wait even a minute outside. Driver turned up within 5 minutes of my phone call both at drop-off and pick-up . Absolutely perfect, made the journey a lot easier and stress free.
