We called the The Gatwick Valet Parking Company 15 minutes before we arrived and the gentleman was in the car park waiting for us, he was very polite and helpful. On the way home we rang after we collected our luggage and our cars were waiting for us as soon as we got to the car park. There was no waiting around at all, very good service indeed, thank you.

We had to wait for a rep to arrive and collect our car keys on departure (stressful when we followed the instuctions provided and had a long haul flight to check in for) Same on the return, notifying when we had our bags, but had to stand in a busy carpark with luggage and children for 20+ mins waiting for car to arrive.
