Fantastic with no complaints at all. Car park attendant was waiting for us on arrival and departure from the airport and was very polite.

Great service, easy to book and use and easy drop off / pick up. Our flight was cancelled coming home we were a day later than planned picking up the car but we were not charged any extra cost. Have used The Gatwick Valet Parking Company before and would definitely use again.

Brilliant experience, very very helpful. Happy and knowledgeable, bright and cheerful on our return, which was a cold and wet day. Communication was absolutely brilliant after several delays and changes. A good positive and reassuring attitude.

Waited over 20 minutes to drop the car despite them saying they would be 2 minutes. Pick up okay, 25 instead of 15 minutes we were told.

They were there when we arrived and there by the time we got to the pick up point. Excellent!
