Collection at te airport was prompt we only had to wait 5 mins. But our return on 1st July was a different matter. It took over 30 mins and a couple of phone calls for the car to be returned to us, so after an overnight flight, it was not ideal.

Hardly "Meet & Greet" if the car is not there to meet you. We waited about 15 minutes for the car to show up.

Not great long wait to collect the car and even longer 45 minutes to drop it back off.

We followed the instructions and called whilst on our way. We still had to wait over half an hour in the car park for them to come and take our car. Thankfully we had plenty of time before our flight. Upon our return we waited over half an hour for our car to be brought back to us. Not ideal when cold, tired, and wanting to get home after a long flight.

The time waiting on both legs of my journey was quite long. On arrival at Gatwick called three times to check driver was on the way. It was very early in the morning so no traffic to delay him. Similar experience on return. Would not use again.

Have used twice before with 5 stars but this time no-one answered the number on the return leg. Called many times and left messages and also sent a text. Thought we were stranded at Gatwick before the main man responded to text, he was off shift and on shift driver had let him down. Any call was forwarded to awol driver’s mobile but text not forwarded so went to main number. From first call to car arrival 55 minutes, not a meet and greet on this occasion

Good pick up and return times but the car was very muddy on return and the drivers mat was covered in thick mud. Looked as if car had been parked in muddy field.

Everything fine on arrival- car collected promptly. On our return late at night - called pick up number at midnight and then waited until 00.45am for our car in the car park - no where to sit or get a drink. Not good enough. There was only 1 person delivering cars to the car park. We were a party of 3 cars and the last to get our car back. Very frustrating seeing our friends get their cars and drive home. It put an hour on to our journey time, not good at any time but even worse in the middle of the night. We have used you before and I can't tell you how disappointed we are with your service. Look forward to your response

Said when called will be 15-20 minutes, took 45 minutes both to collect car and drop off.

All fine when dropping off the car. On return we rang in the baggage hall the gentleman said car was on its way. We waited for 30 minutes and no car. We rang again at this point the gentleman said he had no knowledge of the car at first! He then said he had not received the first call. We waited another 30 minutes for the car. The driver was apologetic when he turned up but we were tired and anxious at this point. Very disappointed and would think twice before using your service again.
