Always good service and good value. Nice people to deal with.

Slow to pick up, 25 minutes wait, but we were early. Good drop off, 4 miles on the clock and cheerful driver.

Four stars, because on arrival to Gatwick/dropping the car off we had to wait a further 15 minutes for the driver to arrive after he confirmed the meeting point/time. However, on return from holiday the driver met us with very little wait time as you would expect with meet and greet services.

Always have exceptional service booking through Park and Go. Would highly recommend them.

The person to greet us was there on time and when we got back he was there to meet us. Good service.

Service was okay, good customer service. The only downside was that my vehicle was returned very dirty on arrival. Apart from that all looks good. Driver on both journey were promp to my arrival calls.

The drop off was straightforward and on the return, from calling to getting the car was just under 15 minutes. Service was polite and friendly. Exterior of car was quite dirty, but would certainly use again for convenience.

Very happy with the meet and greet service at Gatwick. The process was smooth from start to finish. Staff were polite, punctual, and professional. Dropping the car off was easy and quick, and it was ready for us on arrival with no waiting around. Made our journey so much easier and stress-free. Would definitely use this service again and highly recommend it to others.

We had to wait a little longer than we had expected when we dropped off the car at Gatwick and we were conscious that this might leave us short of time to check in our bags. It was okay as it turned out. When we arrived back in the UK we had hardly any wait.
