Reviewed on 12th March 2018Car park full of potholes which as it was wet were filled with water and it was difficult to see as no lighting. This meant my case caught in one and fell. Car park space very tight and couldn’t get back in my car as the next car was parked so close. The collection bus was full so we were left standing in the rain and waited 20 minutes for the next one, the driver then waited a further 20 minutes for the next flight to fill some seats! Overall not a good experience and we won’t use the car park again.

Reviewed on 27th October 2017First of all on our arrival the company didn't have our on-line booking and had to be inputed manually. On our return car park was full of pot holes and badly lit as it was early morning return which could lead to injury for an elderly person, however,could not fault the drivers, but for first two reasons would not use again.

Reviewed on 12th July 2017Got back to find our car drivers door damaged and bumper scratched door pretty bad waiting to here what's happening regarding getting it fixed so not very happy and we book regularly with you. disappointed.

Reviewed on 12th May 2016I am pleased with the service we receive from Flying Scot. Why is the car always n a mess when we pick it up? It looks as if it has been driven through mud, the first thing we have to do is clean it,a bit more care is necessary..

Reviewed on 30th November 2010I was dissapointed with the service provided by this company. On arrival i had to wait for over 25 minutes for the bus to arrive to take us to the airport. The staff were fine however they told me that in the winter they only use 1 bus. On the return journey the transport came to pick us up but instead of a bus it was a minibus and considering there was 18 people waiting, 5 of the passengers had to wait for the minibus to do a return journey. When i asked the driver why he had not brought the bus he said that there was no PSV drivers on duty which is just not acceptable. I will never use this company again.

Reviewed on 24th November 2010every thing was ok going to and from the car park however when i attempted to start my car to leave i discovered i had a flat battery. I spoke twice to the girl behind the desk who wasn,t very interested or helpful suggesting that "it couldn,t be any of our staff as they dont turn anything on"!

Reviewed on 26th October 2009No problems with dropping the car off and going to the airport. Coming back was not so good. On arrival at the office and after picking up the car key I had to walk to where the car was parked with the only information being the row that it was parked on. The night was wet and it was dark and nobody to guide. Finally when I tried to leave the park a code number was required to exit. This was not given to me and after requesting what this number should be It was suggested that I had already been given it. Safe to say that I'll not be using your facilities on any future trips and if asked I'll pass my experience to any colegues who may be travelling from Glasgow.

Reviewed on 8th May 2009I found sevice poor we had to wait a long time at airport for shuttle bus when we arrived back at park there appeared to be buses sitting empty also we then had to go and find our car in park then we had to go and find our car at any other park i have used your car is usually parked ready with keys in it just ready for you to go.
