Reviewed on 14th September 2025We had a little problem finding the car park. I am sure that was my problem, I wished I had clearer location instructions such as a larger scale route map from the M8, with the post code number would have been a great help. All in all, apart from me getting lost, the booking, drop off and collection process was easy to do, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The cost was competitive too.

Reviewed on 2nd March 2025Flying Scot would always be my car parking choice for holiday time.The only thing that was different this time was the Park and Go wasn't recognised at the key drop off and the staff there only knew Flying Scot. However the buses were good, on time and near the arrivals so would use again.

Reviewed on 8th January 2025I was not registered on their system for some reason on my arrival but was able to confirm my booking via my confirmation e-mail. Thereafter I waited approximately 10 minutes for the transfer bus to return and unload from the airport. The driver was unable to drop me off at my Hotel, Holiday Inn Express and I was dropped off about 500 yards across the road and had to cross a busy road with no footpath on a foul night. On my return I had to quote my ticket number again as they had no record of my name. Again, I waited about 10 minutes on the bus arriving and unloading. Overall, decent service, the drop off to the Holiday Inn Express needs to be looked at. If I was someone with mobility issues the drop off point is unacceptable. Price point was excellent, I was requiring nearly a months parking.

Flight home was late back but there was no problem with parking, phoned for pick up bus and it arrived really quickly. Checkout process was easy too, would definitely book through Park and Go again š

Reviewed on 26th August 2024Excellent service as always. Dropped car off and courtesy bus was already waiting to take us to the airport, which only took 5 minutes. On our return the bus was waiting at the collection point. Brilliant service.
