Directions to car park could be improved sent us to another car parking area. On way out one of the staff was less than helpful when she said she didn't have my booking which I booked online. When I showed her the documentation she said "that's not us" as If it was my fault. Her older colleague seemed to pick up at my discomfort and intervened with other customers watching. On the bus to the airport all remarked on the ladies unhelpful demeanour. Not great first impressions.

The car park staff did not have a note of my booking, made the previous month. However, I was dealt with promptly and efficiently. The return from the airport was straightforward. I would deal with the park again.

I have used FLYING SCOT for about 10-15 years now both Glasgow an Edinburgh. An found both very well run with friendly staff an the shuttle bus only takes 5 mins. On returning all you do is ring from airport an you are picked up an back at your car in 5-10 mins a very good an professional company.
