Reviewed on 2nd July 2011Car park was difficult to find as we didn't know they had moved location. Actually preferred the old car park. The young lady at reception was very polite and did her best to get us through as quickly as possible the problem was having to queue to get through the barrier - there was only a few cars in this instance but at very busy periods it would have been chaotic! Would have to re-think for next year!

Reviewed on 29th May 2011Travelled 13th May 2011 for a 7 am flight. Arrived at car park, cars in front were being turned away and re-directed to another car park as the car park was full. I had booked at 9pm the previous evening so I can't understand why they were still taking bookings when they were full - apparently it was full due to the BA strikes. When we went to the other car park, they were taking details for all the cars as you drove up to the hut window - we were in a queue of roughly ten cars which were taking 2-3 minutes per car. They should have had forms which you could fill in yourself inside your car with your details and flight numbers etc which would have completely sped up the process. Ended up arriving at airport 10 minutes before the check in desk closed, after being in huge amounts of time arriving at the car park. However return pickup was very efficient.
