On the morning of departure one member of staff was incredible rude, and on our return we were told there was no record of our booking. Thankfully the bus driver confirmed to the office that we had the necessary paperwork and took us to the car park. Convenient parking but poor customer service.

Travelled 13th May 2011 for a 7 am flight. Arrived at car park, cars in front were being turned away and re-directed to another car park as the car park was full. I had booked at 9pm the previous evening so I can't understand why they were still taking bookings when they were full - apparently it was full due to the BA strikes. When we went to the other car park, they were taking details for all the cars as you drove up to the hut window - we were in a queue of roughly ten cars which were taking 2-3 minutes per car. They should have had forms which you could fill in yourself inside your car with your details and flight numbers etc which would have completely sped up the process. Ended up arriving at airport 10 minutes before the check in desk closed, after being in huge amounts of time arriving at the car park. However return pickup was very efficient.

Arrived at 5:25am and waited in a line of car's waiting to checkin ,i final got to checkin at 5:55 at which point the person at the window did not have my booking on his computer at this point he then ask me for all my details again .We arrived at glasgow airport 6:15 for a flight at 7am which was cutting it a bit fine .I have booked with you before and never had this problem,but it may put me off booking with you again in the near future.
