Overall the service was good but the arrival was poor. The guidance for parking the car on arrival is very poor and there are few, if any, aids at the site. The recepetion had no notification of my arrival so I had to go through my details again. Otherwise it was very good and they were waiting for us at the airport on our return.

Have used Direct Parking many times and would have no hesitation in recommending to friends (which I have). No waiting at either end and work in a very professional manner.
