Good Location. Excellent service from both drivers. Shame about the numerous big puddles in the car park!

The car park and transfer facilities were operated efficiently and promptly, which was critica; though Glasgow Direct Parking could not find info of my reservation.

Reception staff very helpful. Parking spaces fairly generous. Very close to Airport, decent shuttle service. On return, bus was not big enough for all waiting passangers; a second bus was called and came fairly quickly.

A very good well organised service - most of the staff very helpful, although not the case with the driver, who picked us up from Glasgow Airport , I would however use this car park again.

The staff were all really polite and helpful, including the transfer bus drivers who helped with our luggage. This was the cheapest option for parking that I could find and I didn't expect much, but it was really close to Glasgow airport and service was great. We were lucky to get parked close to a bus stop, some spaces looked like quite a trek for kids, but very good value for money & we will definitely use them again.

Only criticism - phoned from airport and as there were too many people, we had to wait about 10 mins for next bus.

Our outward part was ok, it was our return to glasgow that was a problem; we were told to phone- we phoned for over half a hour being told line was busy; when we finally went looking for the bus it was pouring rain and had to wait for another 15 mins for a bus.

Excellent car park, close to airport easy to find from motorway, have used this car park on numerous occations, but find now that dropping of at red bus stop and then having to walk with your cases to your car can be a bit of a struggle, as your car can be parked a fair distance from the red bus stop, when we returned on Sat we had to walk through various puddles of water, the car park was much easier when the bus dropped you of near to where your car was parked.

Site is easy to use. Booked Parking Direct at Glasgow Airport, very easy to find apart from Renfrew Council's efforts in closing the exit from the J29 roundabout. Bus transfer was there promptly both ways, and was quick and convenient. Only small criticism of the carpark is that ou have to remember where you parked your car, there are no grid letters or numbering to help you!

Perhaps need to tell customers that they need to stop at the booth to pick up a ticket. The window in the booth was closed when I arrived and I turned in at the first entrance thinking that I would get a ticket from a machine
