Glasgow Direct Parking Reviews

I was so surprised to arrive at the parking area to be told find a place and park. As senior citizens we found it pretty difficult as the first place we got was a distance from the bus for the airport and pulling two cases over a dirt track type road was not easy. Certainly the driver was waiting and we were off straight away. We were the only ones going at that time and seeing our ages he could have attempted to assist us. That was disappointing. But they were efficient in getting us there. They would not be out first choice though for these reasons.

Arrived and was told that my booking wasn't on the system also that the car park was full. I produced my booking form and my car was accepted. On return there only seemed to be one driver picking up and dropping off, the result was that everyone was dropped at the start of the car park and had to go looking for their car and this was at 2am. Don't feel its worth using this service again after years of using Direct Parking.

Used direct parking last three years good service and fuss free does what they say would recommend.

Barrier never opened when I drove up, had to wait for employee who came and told me they had no record of the booking and took my details before opening the barrier. No problems with the car park, dropped off quickly. Upon return, building work in Airport meant we couldn't find bus stance 5 walked up and down outside the terminal a couple of times looking at the signs eventually found a piece of paper taped onto bus stance 11 saying bus stance 5 direct parking. Very confusing.

Arrived parked car. Was then swiftly taken to airport. When arriving home bus was waiting. Have no complaints using direct parking. The good thing its you also keep your car keys.

Efficient and convenient service.

First class service from beginning to end. No need to check-in this is done automatically when you drive through the barrier and the coach is ready to wing you to the airport. Returning all you want is to pick up the car and head home - the coach was there waiting for us - no fuss. A hassle free booking and we will certainly use Direct Parking again. Thank you.

Good Location. Excellent service from both drivers. Shame about the numerous big puddles in the car park!

Number plate recognition is an improvement on last year and much appreciated when it is wet and you no longer have to reach out your car to enter a code. Service to and from the airport was quick and efficient. Would recommend and use again.

Excellent safe reliable service. Got to airport within minutes of parking and pick up on arrival home was great too. Unfortunately cost for a two week stay would prevent me using it as taxi to and from home would be half the price.
