Excellent service going out. Had to wait quite a while for a bus on our return journey; however the driver was very helpful with our luggage and very polite.

Prompt efficient service both going and returning

Easy to find off the M8. quick check in and park the car, waited 10 mins for the bus to the airport that took about 6/7 mins. So all in all from driving in to Parksafe to stepping through the doors at Glasgow airport took about 25 mins. not bad at all. on return the bus was waiting at the bus stance and we were back at the car and on our way home in about the same time. Would recomend Parksafe. we have been useing them for about 6 years now. Quick easy and at the right price.

Good service on arrival and transfer, no complaints.

Used in Jan 2010 & Sept 2010. Service not as good 2nd time round hence 4 rating not 5. Checking in at car park seemed to take ages this time & no allocated parking. Had to wait for bus on return at airport (20-30mins) as only 1 small bus operating. Driver extremely apologetic for delay (explained large bus broken down). 10/10 for drivers. Will use again but think things overall were better in Jan.

A great service from arrival to return!! Picked up with luggage at car and returned there! Could'nt be better! - and very competitively priced. Would recommend this operation highly!

Although the car park was covered in snow and ice, the service was absolutely fine. The staff are courteous and pleasant and you don't have to wait long for a bus to come and collect you from the airport.

Cheap and cheerful, buses are prompt, very close to airport, i've used it twice now, cant fault them.

Easy to find, transport to and from airport quick. Would recommend and will always use in future.

My husband and I recently used the ParkSafe service. This was the first time we used this service as it was £20 cheaper than the provider we have used in the past. Although it wasn't as near the airport as other providers, it was easy to find and the staff were helpful and friendly. They now operate a 20 minute service which was not a problem. You telephone them using the freephone in the arrivals lounge and they let you know when the coach will collect you. As it happened the coach was waiting for us so we only waited about 5 minutes until it left. The driver was friendly and remarkably cheery considering the time of day, 4.30am! I would recommend them and would certainly use them again, providing they keep their prices competitive.
